1 cup Chopped Organic Cucumber

Directions

1. Divide chips into 4 zip-top plastic sandwich bags; seal bags, pressing out excess air

 

2. Fill containers by dividing tomatoes into 1 compartment, hummus into 1 compartment, cucumber into 1 compartment and olives into remaining compartment; cover with lids and refrigerate up to 3 days
